At Saaz-e-Zindagi, our Emotional Healing Yoga is more than a physical practice — it is a therapeutic journey inward. Led by Ambreen Asad, a seasoned Mindset Coach, RYT-500 Yoga Practitioner, and Certified Hypnotist (NGH-USA), these sessions are infused with decades of expertise in both emotional wellness and holistic healing. Ambreen’s unique blend of yogic tradition, subconscious mindwork, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) creates a safe and nurturing space for personal transformation.

We understand that emotional pain often becomes embedded not just in the mind, but in the body — showing up as fatigue, anxiety, or even physical discomfort. Emotional Healing Yoga helps to identify and gently release these blocks, using techniques rooted in Time Line Therapy®, NLP, and traditional yogic breath control (pranayama) to support deep emotional detox.
